Product Description

Optonica 4942 COB LED strip is a professional 24 V linear-lighting strip with 320 COB LEDs per metre. It produces a smooth, continuous line of light without clearly visible LED points, delivers 900 lm/m and provides neutral white 4000K light. The product is stocked and sold by the 1 metre; the manufacturer's full reel length is 5 m.

Applications

Neutral-white 4000 K light is particularly suitable for worktops, offices and functional lighting. Suitable for kitchen worktops, furniture, shelves, ceiling coves, showcases, offices and other dry indoor linear-lighting projects. The IP20 rating does not protect against direct moisture or water exposure.

Selection and installation

A stabilised 24 V DC power supply is required. Calculate the total load by multiplying the installed length by 10 W/m and allow an appropriate power reserve. For reliable long-term operation, install the strip in an aluminium profile to dissipate heat and protect the COB surface. The cutting interval is 50 mm. Disconnect power before cutting or wiring and observe the correct polarity.

Package and sales unit

The displayed price is for 1 m of LED strip. The manufacturer's reel contains 5 m; when ordering several metres, the availability of one continuous length depends on the remaining reel length. Power supply, profile, diffuser, dimmer and connectors are not included.
